Our customer’s feedback and how they use Bluence are key factors when we improve our systems.
This way, we realised that users sometimes need to export information and do their own research by taking advantage of Microsoft Excel.
To do so, these users start a complex process which includes:
- Exporting information from a plant or device.
- Generating their own templates to obtain and analyse indicators.
- Once this analysis is approved, they repeat the whole process manually to apply the template to each element or installation, including any adjustment needed for its proper adaptation.
That is a lot of time and work, right? We have added the Custom Reports feature to Bluence in order to automate this tedious process.
Users can now share and publish their templates and generate reports just selecting different periods and sources of data. By doing this, it will only take a few seconds to do new research using an existing Excel template.
This new utility has been developed to increase renewable assets’ efficiency ratios and it is already helping any user who needs to do research, calculations and tests in a quick, easy and efficient way. Once approved, these reports can be set as default in Bluence.
